Family Court Judge
(In 2004 the 24th Judicial Circuit was one of
several
circuits in Kentucky awarded a Family Court Judge,
replacing one of the two Circuit Judges. Judge
Stephen N. Frazier was appointed the first Family
Court Judge of the 24th Circuit. Upon his
retirement, John David Preston was appointed by
Governor Fletcher in 2005 to serve the balance of
this term to this Family Court vacancy.)
